To our valued members,   We had a down time at 9:00AM this day which cause unavailability of website and web tool. The issue was fixed an hour after. Everyone can now access our website and log-in on partners web tool. Thank you.

Dear valued members,   Smart system is partially good. We open our Inbound line so you can continue the business. Mainly for TOP-UP and DEPOSITS. Unfortuantely Outbound line is not stable, which may cause no response / acknowledgement when you send information to 4483. The best way to validate your top-up is via web tool.   Once we get more details from Smart, we will provide more update. Thank you for understanding.

To our valued members,   We received several notes regarding transaction failure,  affected users are mainly in Mindanao and Visayas. We are working with Smart regarding this and post communication as soon as we receive details from our provider. For some, web tool is working. Good day valued members,   To commemorate the proclamation of the city on year 1571, the city celebrate Manila Day every 24th of June. Office will be close tomorrow to observe holiday schedule. Credit of load wallet deposits will  resume the following day 06/25/14 Wednesday. This does NOT affect regular loading and other transactions.   Have a great day everyone.

We have been advised that Globe will be conducting an emergency maintenance: Date: June 18, 2014 Period: 10:00PM to 4:00AM Nature: AutoloadMAX System and its services (ie. webtool, Topup, Balance Inquiry, etc) Affected: Web-Based During this time AMAX will be offline, we’ll keep you posted for further update. Under normal circumstances this service and system should be back online by 4:00 A.M., but under a worst-case scenario we will need another two (2) hours to bring back the system.
