    Sana po HINDI NA mag kakaproblema ang SYSTEM natin…kasi marami ng mga retailers ko ang NAGAGALIT sa akin..
    Din ito pa ang problema??
    1.pag mag send sila ng load to the costumer mag sending FAILED pero na tanggap ng COSTUMER.
    2.matagal ang confirmation both networks.
    3.ang TM/globe ay hindi mag loload using CP but using WEB matatanggap agad ng costumer not all my retailers are using WEBSITE..
    4.duplication ng PAG LOLOAD AY matagal..kapag MAG LOAD ANG MGA RETAILERS KO NG GLOBE/tm dba pag hindi ma load ay kailang lagyan ng RANDOM letters or numbers sa hulihan KATULAD nito PBUY K10 X165999824 637366 send to 4483.. Hindi agad matatanggap ng costumer din akala ng CUSTOMER IS TPC OR ganito raw kapag 1sim load to all networks..kaya sa iba na lng sila mag loload..

    Sana po ito ang mga dapat e improve para maganda ang RESULTA ng ating customer…

      Christian, it’s also best to explain to your retailers that there are issues caused by nature such as typhoon, which is uncontrolable.
      We understand the fraustration, however like everyone else the business rely on the network capability.
      It’s all about delivering the message clearly to make everyone understand what happened or why it happened (even though it’s shown on tv and radio).

      4483 should work now. Thank you.

        as you see, system error po yan nung bagyo last july 14 if im not mistaken so baka pwede wag na e-charge samin kasi hindi naman human error yun. I understand and respect your rules about charges sa mga special transactions but this is solely system error kaya naman wag sana samin ibigay ang burden.Nakakdismaya po kasi pag samin pa e-charge yan. 3rd time na nangyari sakin yan at para di lang ma-frustrate ang mga subdealer ko, inaambagan ko cla sa charges galing sa bulsa ko para lang tuloy ang business natin. Kargo ko cla. Ayoko rin mapahiya at ang company nyo. Sana po intindihin nyo part namin at ma-improve pa natin ang mga rules. Few exceptions lang naman. Please dont give us a reason to stop. justice po.
