we have allowed all traffic to the Smart System.. although some are stable and some are not.
we are currently monitoring the situation.
we apologize for the delayed messages around 4pm-7pm as there were alot of Smart transactions that were queued..
and the Smart Loading Platform took so long to reply.
We decided to turn off the Smart Loading platform entirely so that it would be able to process
All other transactions like Balance Inquiry and Retailer Load transfer (RLOAD)
