you have posted last April 28 that you will be closed on May 1, labor day then you will resume on Monday May 4, so meaning even open ang bank by Saturday we cannot replenish our load? sana pwede lng on saturday and Sunday.

Our office doesn’t need to be open for you to get replenishment, we’ll just have limited support.. like we don’t reply to emails.. That’s all.

Our system validates deposits (7am to 10pm, 7 days a week) even on holidays you can get replenishment.

Its just not 24/7, but it is 7 days a week.. the reason behind this is how the banks treat the posting date, that’s why its not 24/7.

after 10pm, BDO treats the deposit the next day. if the deposit is 12am-7am, BPI will post it on the correct date but it will only be reflected the day after..

If its 7am-10pm, the deposits are reflected real-time.. Don’t ask why, but the IT companies that built the banking software are idiots. (This is only for corporate banking)

Usually on holidays, like May 1, Most people mistakenly text May 1, instead of May 4, which is the bank’s posting date.

That’s why they think their deposit were not credited.
