We received a notification from Globe regarding maintenance schedule due to system Migration. See below details.
Please be informed that AMAX Support Group will be performing Migration activity and AMAX Platform and it’s services will be down due to migration.
From Wednesday July 1, 2015 10:00 PM to July 2, 2015 6:00 AM (Philippines timezone).
Under normal circumstances this service and system should be back online by 6:00 A.M., but under a worst-case scenario we will need another two (2) hours to bring back the system.
Please refrain from using ANY Globe service until it’s up or once maintenance schedule is done.
