      What type of transaction. Globe is unstable because of their system migration.
      We are also affected, actually the entire Autoload Max. Even the sari-sari stores are having a hard time loading Globe.

    Nag load ako using the web portal, and nabawasan naman ang wallet ko,pero nagrereklamo na ang subscriber na walang load natatanggap more than 2 hours ago ko na napaload. nagdedemand na ng refund. Kung rerefund ko to, ibabalik nyo ba ito sa load wallet ko?.

    I also use Loadcentral. Bakit po sila wala namang advisory kung down ang Globe at nakakapagpaload naman ako ng Globe/TM at parang wala namang nagrereklamo na di nila natanggap ang load. Pag epinoyload ginamit ko, saka lang nagkakaproblem ang subscriber talagang bumabaliik para sabihing wala pa ang load nila. I hope you don’t mind po my observation. TY

      You could’ve access other company by the time that Globe is UP.
      Like what we mentioned, we are all affected by the Migration and it’s directly with GLOBE.
      We can’t do anything about it because it’s out of our control.
