    Hey. Will it cost you guys much if you send an alert to all your members (thru text) that there’s something wrong with the system kasi it’s also costing us some amount. Kanina lang me nadoble ako na naiload. I’m not getting any response from 4483 so i loaded thru the webtool. Last week, one thousand was stolen from my loadwallet, and although you guys have already confirmed about the loss, up to now hindi pa din ibinabalik yung nawalang amount. I’m a bit apprehensive about loading up again coz baka ganun na naman ang mangyari. I’m not getting any assurance from any of you that our money is safe. This business has so much potential. I like the convenience — but how can i put in a good word for you if there are issues like this? Come on guys, make us happy so we can make you happy too. Salamat!

      To anwswer your questions
      1st: Sending alert to all member of ePinoyload will definitely cost us huge amount of money, however we are looking into this direction now and might be up before end of May. We will invest more to improve the quality of our service.

      2nd: I could no longer retrieve the email you sent using your email address “yourlook2day@yahoo.com”. I recommend that you call our hotline regarding your claim.

      And since the email address is causing delay / issue, you may consider using a different email address. Thank you.

    Good Day. inquire lang po bakit po mula kagabi until now wala po response ang 4483 sa retailers ko. Cavite area po. maski po ako nagsesend ng balance inquiry wala din reply. Nakakapagload lang po thru webtool. kaso po yung mga retailers ko karamihan sa sms lang umaasa wla po webtool kaya hirap po. follow up po. tnx

    i loaded Php 300 and Php 5, but i could not register to trinet300… How come i dont have sufficient balance to register!!! reply from 4483 PBAL i have balance of Php 300 from TNT my Php 5 load was depreciating ever time i inquire my balance.
