    Sir, bakit po nung send kami sa 4483 ganito ung message ” Sorry, you are not authorized to use this service. P2.5/txt. ” at un nga po nagbawas ng 2.5 sa aming airtime load.

    Ganyan din nangyar sakin noong June 25.nawala ung air time load ko ang sabi “Sorry, you are not authorized to use this service. P2.5/txt. ” .and then kahit sa webtool sinasabi na “username does not exist”.tapos kahit epinoyload website down din.pati sa customer service wala din.

    Diba pag nagdodown ang system meaning pinapaimprove pa ang system? Pero bt parang di naman nagiimprove ang bgal ng reply ng 4483 tulad last sunday ng gbe lhat ng nload ko di dumatng ang confirmation hanggang naun wla! ung mga nload ko lang 2day ang mga dumatng. tas kulang pa ung product sa mga network like regular25 sa globe, ctu30 at trio sa sun.

      The issue is with Telcom directly.
      If the load was receive but didn’t get a confirmation it means the issue is with Smart.
      We technically transact it real time. We apologies for the delay.
